Google Maps maintained its popularity with downloads starting at 143K in the first week of January and seeing a peak at 154K in the second week. Weekly active users began at 6M and reached a high of 6.1M in the second week, though there was a slight decline to 5.6M by the end of March.
Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw downloads begin at 76K and had a gentle decrease to 51K by the close of the quarter. Active users started at 4.2M, dipped to 3.9M mid-quarter, but experienced a resurgence to 4M in the last week.
